Born in Rangamati, Bangladesh in 1963, the Bangladeshi artist has dedicated her prolific career to capturing the essence of the tribal people in their everyday lives. She has provided compelling documentation of their stories, experiences, and cultural heritage through her art. Her profound commitment to this endeavor has earned her widespread acclaim.

In addition to her artistic contributions, the artist is also the founding President of the Ethnic Artist Foundation of Bangladesh. This organization serves as a platform for aspiring indigenous artists, inspired by her work, to pursue their own artistic journeys and make their mark on the world.
